Mileage is billed from the location to your farm, one-way distance, for each of the two trips: drop-off and return. Drive a leg yourself and it costs a third as much.

Core ROI (“Core ROI,” “we,” “us”) rents soil sampling trucks from locations in Alpena, South Dakota and North Bend, Nebraska. This policy explains what information we collect through core-roi.com and our booking system, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Booking details: your name, email, phone, farm or company name, billing address, farm address, rental dates, delivery and return choices, selected options and any notes you add.
  • Your signed rental agreement: the name you type to sign, the time you signed, the agreement version, and the IP address and browser/device information of the device you used. We keep a PDF copy of the signed agreement.
  • Messages: what you send through our contact form or by email.
  • Security and technical data: IP address and basic request information, used to prevent spam and abuse. Our booking form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not a bot, is submitting it.
  • On your device: if you choose “Save my details,” your browser remembers your email for next time. The site also remembers your light/dark display setting. We do not use advertising cookies.
  • Equipment location: our rental trucks and equipment may carry GPS or telematics devices. The rental agreement explains this tracking.

How we use it

  • To hold and confirm your dates, deliver or hand off the truck, and contact you about your rental.
  • To figure mileage: we send your farm address to Google Maps to calculate the driving distance from our location.
  • To invoice you, collect payment and keep business, tax and legal records, including your signed agreement.
  • To answer your questions, keep the site secure and improve our service.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers that run parts of our website and booking system for us: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (booking database and file storage, United States), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (bot check) and Google (driving distance). They may use the information only to provide those services.
  • Our partners and advisors, such as our accountant, attorney and insurer, when needed to run the business or handle a claim.
  • Authorities when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, property or safety, including recovering equipment.
  • A buyer or successor if the business or its assets are sold or reorganized.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records, invoices and signed agreements for as long as we need them for our business, tax and legal records. We keep contact-form messages as long as needed to respond and follow up. One-time email codes expire within minutes.

Security

Booking records are stored in a database that only Core ROI partners can sign in to, and signed agreements are kept in private storage. No website is perfectly secure, so please don’t send payment card or bank account numbers through our forms or by email.

Your choices

  • See your bookings any time on Find my booking.
  • Ask us to correct or delete your information through our Contact page. We may need to keep some records, such as signed agreements and invoices, where the law or our legitimate business needs require it.
  • Unsubscribe from any non-essential email by replying to it. We don’t send marketing email without asking.

Children

Our site and rentals are for adults and businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Terms

Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of core-roi.com, including online booking. By using the site you agree to them. Every rental is also governed by the Core ROI Rental Agreement & Liability Waiver you sign when you book. If these terms and the rental agreement conflict, the rental agreement controls.

Bookings

  • Submitting the booking form sends a booking request and holds your dates. Your rental is confirmed when a Core ROI partner confirms it by email. We may decline or cancel a request, for example if the equipment is unavailable or we can’t verify your information.
  • Prices shown are estimates. Your invoice follows the actual rental days, the actual miles driven for delivery and return, any options you chose, and sales tax where it applies.
  • Mileage is estimated from the Google Maps driving route or your ZIP code. We may correct it to the actual route.
  • To change or cancel a booking, reply to your confirmation email or use our Contact page.

Your information and authority

Give us accurate, complete information and keep it current. If you book for a farm or company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it to the rental agreement.

Using the site

Don’t misuse the site: no automated booking or scraping, no attempts to get around our security check or access other people’s bookings, and nothing that interferes with the site working for others.

Estimates and information on the site

The savings calculator, price estimator and other tools are for planning only and aren’t a quote or a promise of results. Agronomy recommendations come from Agronomy 365 or the lab you choose, not from this website.

Our content

The Core ROI name, logo, photos and site content belong to Core ROI. Agronomy 365 names and logos belong to their owner. Don’t copy or reuse them without permission.

Disclaimer and limits

The website is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and available but don’t promise it will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, Core ROI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the website. This section doesn’t limit anything in your rental agreement.

Governing law

South Dakota law governs these terms. Any dispute about them will be heard in the state courts of Jerauld County, South Dakota, or the U.S. District Court for the District of South Dakota.
